Brunch in Europe: Where Mimosas Flow and Music Transports
Weekends at Elysium bring a lighter, equally enchanting affair. “Brunch in Europe” takes place
at 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM, featuring vibrant European brunch specialties that sweep you across
five countries in one sitting. Sip freely flowing mimosas as you bask in the joyful sights and
sounds of morning in Madrid, brunch in Berlin, or café culture in Paris. The six-course brunch,
too, comes complete with curated wine and cocktail pairings for a truly transportive start to your
day.
The Lounge; Mystical Garden: A Destination All Its Own
Even without a reservation, Elysium’s immersive lounge and mystical garden offer a reason to
